The Landmark team in Wagga Wagga regularly conduct clearing sales for our clients. We aim to get the best result for our vendors, so we take time to plan the sale campaign and maintain regular contact to ensure the entire process runs smoothly. There are numerous factors to consider for clearing sales, in our experience its a lot more involved for vendors than those attending the sale. The time commitment is considerable for vendors, so it pays to be organised and that is why we are here to help.
Vendors also need to know they have obligations when selling plant at auction
In Australia, vendors selling plant at auction must comply with Workplace Health and Safety legislative obligations relating to sale of second hand plant. Landmark as a professional agency organisation, has an obligation to ensure our vendors meet legislative obligations thoroughly and consistently when conducting clearing sales. To assist vendors with their obligations we recommend expert third party plant safety assessors for this process.
